For international shipping, we offer EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. You will get free shipping if you choose EMS which takes 5-7 days, choosing UPS, DHL, TNT which we charge $20 for all the items that will be shipped. Usually, you could get the product(s) you ordered in about 3-5 working days.
We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are NOT responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carriers and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. If you do have a deadline for delivery please leave a message when placing the order or consult us first and if the parcel does not arrive on time it will not be an excuse to cancel your order.
The risk of loss or delay or extra costs would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

Refunds

You need to send back to us the products in original package. When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgement on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistent external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)

Replacement
Within 7 days (From the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer,the supplymentary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.

Return and partial refund

Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
"The product does not look like the ones in your picture."
"The product is not what I'd imagine it to be."
"I am not satisfied with this product."
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees).
